By the way, the picture above is the facade along Roosevelt Avenue.
It's a place you should visit if you want really cool air-conditioning, good places to eat, unique and seldom seen views of Quezon Avenue, good department store items, and a mall you can easily tour around. It's accessible too, coming from any point of northern Manila. Just take a public jeep to Projects 6, 7 or 8, or public jeep or bus to Fairview, Philcoa, or Projects 2&3 and ask to be dropped at the mall.

There are some kiddie rides on the top floor if you're with your family.
The mall designer took advantage of the bird's eye views around the busy locality and especially the national road. It's also near hotel and restaurants and a few minutes away from West Avenue and Timog to Tomas Morato which are known tourist destinations in the city if you want more hotel choices and good international restaurants.
I haven't tried the mall's department store but it's been promoted on TV for good shopping items. Probably I'd bring the wife there some time and check things out.
